The Refresh AHA, BHA, Vitamin C Daily Toner is formulated with GOLDEN-RX COMPLEX™ (comprised of Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract and Hylocereus Undatus Fruit Extract) as well as vitamin C, AHA, and BHA which exfoliates and revitalizes dull skin. Sixteen types of essential ingredients are contained in this skin-brightening toner, which can be used on dull or sensitive skin.

Using a cotton pad soaked in the toner, gently wipe the face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Pat the face gently for better absorption.
